Bug Description
Hi. I installed the beta of 7.04 then final release in hopes that it would it would have fixed it. I use a laptop to test a variety of distributions. In 7.04, I noticed that the only available resolution is 1400x1050. The ALPS trackpad does not work with scrolling down like the wheel in 6.10. The volume and mute buttons do not work. IPW2200 works excellent FOR WIFI. I also tested an Orinoco Gold in monitor mode to no avail. I returned to 6.10.
System:
Dell 600m
2G RAM
IPw2200 NIC
ATI Radeon FireGL 9000
Thank you for your help in this awesome distro. Keep it up.

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. However, your report would get better attention if you were to submit each bug individually as they deal with different packages and parts of the distribution. Which bug would you like this report to be about? Thanks in advance.
