Bug Description
right now restart fails with error code 98
invoke-rc.d --quiet cupsys restart
* Restarting Common Unix Printing System...
cupsd: Child exited with status 98!
by bringing the start line in the same from as it is called by
invoke-rc.d --quiet cupsys start
start-stop-daemon --start --quiet --background --exec $DAEMON -- -F
all works fine
