Bug Description

When installing the xlogmaster package in 7.04, for follow error is reported.

Setting up xlogmaster (1.6.0-12) ...
error in control file: `Index' value missing for format `info' at /usr/sbin/install-docs line 812, </usr/share/doc-base/xlogmaster> line 15.

dpkg-reconfigure also generates the same arror:

dpkg-reconfigure xlogmaster

Is this symptom still reproducible in 8.10 beta?
