Bug Description

This just happened to me at least 3 times in the last week.

I came back to my computer (feisty), moved the mouse or hit some keys to deactivate the screensaver. The unlock dialog where I have to type my password is not displayed, the screen remains blank.

In such cases I switch to a console by Ctrl-Alt-F1, login, and I kill this process:

13684 ? Sl 0:00 /usr/lib/gnome-screensaver/gnome-screensaver-dialog --enable-switch

After going back to X, by moving the mouse or by hitting a key the unlock dialog now appears so I can type my password.
