Bug Description
Supported languages are only shown after the user submits the 'Product'
associated with the project. When a user enters the 'Product'
information incorrectly we cannot show the supported languages to the
user.

The only two options I can image to avoid the situation are:
1. Change the flow to ask the user to choose the Product before doing anything else.
2. Do an ajax call to update the supported languages when the user chooses a Product.
