while upgarde ubuntu version fron edgy to feisty a pop up window display the follwing

Thanks for the bug report. For the developers to diagnose the problem it would help if you could supply the log files from your upgrade. These can be found in /var/log/dist-upgrade. If you can attach those three files that would be great.

thanks for the feedback. This looks like a problem with the repository servers on that particular day. Trying again later often makes these issues go away, Are you still having trouble with this or has it been resolved?

Closing report. This problem seems to be caused by a failure on the repository servers on that particular day. If this problem still occurs and is reproducible then feel free to reopen this report and we can investigate further.
