Bug Description

if desktop effects are enabled (both the cube and wobbling), then when you play planet penguin racer the first time goes well (practice race) but when pressing Race! for a second practice race the screen returns to desktop, but with the same resolution as in the game, which is horribly crappy, and you don't see all of the desktop and mouse doesn't work. and nothing helps except pressing computer's power button as it pops up the query if i want to restart or shut down. then i can do those.

and after this happened 2 times, the CUBE-effect hasn't worked at all even when it's checked. the wobbling works, though.

BEFORE ALL THIS i tried to use the ATI restricted drivers (because my desktop FX didn't work at first after the upgrade to 7.04, and i thought it would help) but it caused the minimize-maximize-title-bar to disappear from all the windows. then i disabled the ATI driver and then the desktop FX worked and title bar came back.
