If a file is downloaded to a directory that is open in Nautilus, that file doesn't appear in the folder window when the download completes

Bug Description
I recently downloaded a file to my home directory while it was open in Nautilus.
When I opened, I had already partially
downloaded the file (in Firefox), so a .part file appeared in there. However,
when I finished downloading the file,
the .part file disappeared from the home directory window and the new, fully
downloaded file did not appear.
This does not seem like normal behavior.
