Bug Description
Dunno when I've last decoded *.ogg files, but there is no per-file-progress for them in 2.0.x. Why is that? Are they special and don't support determining the task position?
Task progress is stuck at 0.0, no progress fields are displayed. When a task finishes, setting its sound_file progress to 1.0 at least displays the file as done and updates the main window to display the progress column at all.
