Bug Description

http://openlp.org/en/documentation/importing_exporting_data/bibles/importing_comma_delimited_files.html returns a page not found error.

This page is linked to from http://manual.openlp.org/faq.html#is-it-possible-to-get-bible-x-how

Perhaps the description and broken link should be edited to point to: http://docs.openlp.org/plugins/bibles.html#module-openlp.plugins.bibles.lib.csvbible?

In addition, it might be helpful to link to the docs page from http://manual.openlp.org/bibles.html#importing-csv-formatted-bibles

The old 1.2 docs won't get back up, so I'll just update the links in the manual to point to the new api docs
