Bug Description

Binary package hint: firefox

Hi. On Mozilla Firefox (Windows XP version) there is the ability to use Ctrl+1 through Ctrl+9 to switch between open tabs.
This feature, however, doesn't seem to work on Ubuntu.

To reproduce is simple:
# Open Firefox
# Open a copiple of tabs
# Try using Ctrl+1 or Ctrl+2 to switch tabs (it doesn't work)

Works fine in XP, though.

Thank you Lhademmor for your report.

What you want to do is done with Alt+1 ... Alt+9 ; You can check which are the other key bindings in your Ubuntu FF at Help-> Help Contents -> Keyboard Shortcuts.

Thank you.

Changed in firefox:

importance: Undecided → Low
status: Unconfirmed → Rejected

Not all of Keys from help do work. Exp.:
Move Tab Left (when tab is focused)
       CtrlCmd+Left Arrow

          CtrlCmd+Up Arrow

Move Tab Right (when tab is focused)
       CtrlCmd+Right Arrow

          CtrlCmd+Down Arrow

Those don't seem to work under ubuntu 7.
