Bug Description

all the getting started buttons take you to pages of the help system but that doesn't work out of the box without installing libqt5sql5-sqlite

I see the same, without libqt5sql5-sqlite installed I see this on the console qt creator is run from:

QTextBrowser: No document for http://doc.qt.digia.com/qtcreator/creator-overview.html

This was fixed / is being fixed as part of bug #1134647. ubuntu-sdk-team PPA was updated on Friday, and a fixed version was also just uploaded to raring.
