Subversion trunk does not have updated python bindings

Bug Description

The string svn_delta_invoke_txdelta_window_handler does not appear in subversion trunk revision 24997, 2007-05-11.

Commenting out this test in bzrlib/plugins/svn/__init__.py can delay the problem, but eventually one gets problems with similarly named functions.

 I believe this is mentioned or maybe intended to be the focus of https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/subversion/+bug/73918

That is several months old, so perhaps it meant an earlier incompatible change.

No, it's still the same bug. I haven't had time to look at it yet :-/ It doesn't have a high priority as most people seem to be using the 1.3.x or 1.4.x series.
