Thanks for the bug report.

It looks as if you are running a locally compiled version of f-spot, that is located in your home directory, rather than the one provided by Ubuntu.

Have you downloaded and compiled f-spot from source?

If you have compiled the application from another source then it is not a bug in Ubuntu.

Please file a bug on the Gnome bugzilla (http://bugzilla.gnome.org/) and they will be able to help you with this bug.
