Bug Description

Binary package hint: openoffice.org-gtk

1. Create a document in OO.o Writer and go to File -> Save as...
2. Click on "Browse other folders" (or unselect it and reselect it): the dialog expands vertically to allow you to see more folders.
3. Close the Save dialog and choose "Save as..." again: the Browser is visible, but not as expanded as before, and thus almost unusable. You have to resize it the see more than 2 folders at one time.

This only occurs when you close the Save dialog keeping the Browser visible: it automatically is visible when you show the dialog again, but poorly sized, with a different size from when it was closed. Each time you make it visible again, it expands the right way.

Firefox, Epiphany, Gedit... don't have this issue: the dialog is expanded the same as when it as closed. And this behavior is quit nice and easy to use.

This bug is different from the standard GTK+ Filechooser issue (Bug 75324), since it only applies to OpenOffice.org. It is also simpler to solve, since the code used in other programs can be used.

I believe that this bug has been corrected in Ubuntu hardy openoffice.org 1:2.4.0~rc2-1ubuntu3 so I am marking it as Fix Released. If after upgrading you continue to have problems with this issue then feel free to reopen this bug.
