Bug Description

After unmounting an external USB storage (disk on key, MP3 player, etc.), USB power is still on, and any device LEDs are still lit.
In M$ Windows, the power is turned off on unmount. This gives the user a better notification that he can unplug his device safely.
I believe this is a better option as a default - a user would usually unmount a device when he is going to unplug it, and he would not need the power anymore.

Adding an option to cut the power on unplug will be great.
