compiz window boarders dont work with picasa

Bug Description

Compiz works great except when i open google's picasa. when i open it all the controls on the top bar, like minimize, maximize and close, dont work, and i cant drag the top bar to move the window around......

after a while of fooling around i noticed in picasa at the bottom right corner there are these rigid lines on a diagnal, which are in picasa they are not part of the widow decorations. But anywho if i click them and drag to re-size picasa after i do that then all the stuff on the window decorations work....

here is a pic of my open picasa, i circled the rigid diagnal lines i mention above in grreen

i also run into this same problem with a firefox extesion called clipy. after clipping a website i can clicka button to save the clips and it opens a new window, but none of the controls liek i said above work...

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. The issue that you reported is one that should be reproducible with the live environment of the Desktop CD of the development release - Hardy Heron. It would help us greatly if you could test with it so we can work on getting it fixed in the next release of Ubuntu. Using picasa 2.7 with hardy this works with gtk-window-decorator and emerald, closing bug.
