Bug Description
Binary package hint: openoffice.org2
In previous releases OpenOffice.org remembered the position of the cursor between edits. After saving a document while viewing page 5, for example, you could open the document again and Writer would automatically return to page 5. In OpenOffice.org 2.2 for Ubuntu Feisty, this no longer happens.
Steps to reproduce: Open a document. Move to a different page than 1. Save and then close the document. Open it again. You're on page 1.
I have attempted to remedy this by removing my old settings in .openoffice.org2, but this did not fix the problem. I also looked through all the Options to see if that was an option that was simply disabled, but that doesn't seem to be the case. The 'remember position' feature was rather nice, and a nice differentiator from MS Office. I miss it - but I otherwise don't regret upgrading to Feisty. :)
