JDK install error on feisty

I have some situation on Ubuntu 7.04 (AMD64 )
I tryed to install jdk-1.5_0_10

After start ./jdk-1_5_0_10-linux-i586.bin and agree with license terms I've got following error:

It is a serious problem, I can install jdks only presented in apt-get but not another.

When this bug will be fixed?

I have the same problem when install JRE1.5.0
jre-6u1-linux-i586.bin

[Expired for Ubuntu because there has been no activity for 60 days.]

This issue is still present for me with Jaunty 9.04 and JRE 6u14:
