Bug Description

Hi,

I don't seem to be affected a lot by this (ot so I think), but this is still a bug (as reported in other bugs, it could be also the card bios that's wrong) : I have a Geforce 7300 GT card from Albatron, which is reported by the kernel and any xorg driver as a Geforce 7600GS...
I doubt I would have bought a "better card" for the price of a cheaper one... ?

I'll attach the lspci and "lspci -vnn" results.
I'll try to start a Windows to see what it reports (beeerk ;) )...

Mmmh... I finally decided to start m$ OS : it's also reporting a 7600GS card.
The only place I can see it's a 7300GT card is at boot, where the graphic card bios loads.

I finally may indeed have this kind of card - 7600GS seems anyway similar to to 7300GT, so I guess this is probably not a linux/kernel bug.
