Bug Description

I installed from a Raring daily image from 20130308, then tried to run apport-collect with a dummy bug number:

$ apport-collect 12345676
You need to run 'sudo apt-get install python-apport' for apport-collect to work.

This may be a duplicate of bug 1150335.
