Bug Description

Binary package hint: network-manager

After Setting an interface to not activate at boot time in the network configuration dialog and verifying that the "auto" flag is not set on the interface in the /etc/network/interfaces file, NetworkManager will still try to start the interface ignoring the fact that the interface is to be disabled.

network-manager now doesn't touch any interface configured in /etc/network/interfaces at all. If you still have issues in 0.6.5-0ubuntu13 or later, please reopen.
