Ok thank you, what 3d card do you have?

It is a an old Riva TNT card I believe. This is installed on a Compaq
Evo. I was playing around with Beryl, that may be the culprit.
According to the card itself it is an nVidia Vanta-16 (that is printed
on the chip).

It is not a big deal to me at this time. The system suggested sending
the report.

I can upload them - do I need to do that at launchpad or by e-mail?
