please sync bzr-gtk, bzrtools and bzr-builddeb package from debian

Bug Description

bzr is now maintained by the pkg-bazaar group on alioth. EtienneG and I have carefully compared the ubuntu and debian pacakges, and the packages are now in sync.

Please sync the following packges from debian/unstable to ubuntu/gusty:
bzr 0.16-1
bzr-gtk 0.16.0-1
bzrtools 0.16.1-1
bzr-builddeb 0.16
