Bug Description

Hi,
I am new in the Linux business and so far I love it.
I am having a problem with my Muvo TX FM flash/mp3 player stick from Creative labs.
When I first installed Ubuntu 7.04 everything worked fine and the computer was seeing the stick and was able to transfer files to and from the stick.
I start enjoying Linux and started adding and removing packages using: the add/remove button under Applications and/or Synaptic package manager under System/administrator and out of sudden the computer does not regonize the flash stick anymore.......
Have I removed the wrong package? What should I do.... Please advice.

Thanks a lot.
