File menu contains only Quit

Bug Description
Binary package hint: gucharmap
In the main menu the submenu File contains only one item: Quit. It is bad thing for any menu to contain only one item.
Why do someone need File submenu for Character Map? What Character Map should do with files - maybe Open or SaveAs? No, it has nothing to do with this.
We need to rethink main menu in Charmap. better to eliminate File submenu. We have a lot of other ways to close this application.

Thank you for your bug. There is no rule against having one item in a menu, adding extra item should to complexify the interface has no interest, closing the request
