Sydney timezone is in the wrong location

Bug Description

In ubiquity, the timezone marker points at least 500km away from sydney. it seems to be in the ACT(canberra) rather than new south wales.

This occurs both with auto-locate and when manually selecting the location.

Hi!

This bug does not belong to TestDrive. This seems to be an issue with ubiquity or whatever is the piece of software that autoselects the location and so on.

Marking this as invalid.
