Binary package hint: python-numpy
All Ubuntu unique changes have been incorported by Debian, it is safe to over-write the Ubuntu changes.
python-numpy (1:1.0.3-1) unstable; urgency=low
* New upstream version.
* Merge from Ubuntu:
- Build the extension for the python debug interpreter.
- Bump debian/compat to 5.

The existing Ubuntu changes are:
- Build the extension for the python debug interpreter.
- Bump debian/compat to 5.
- Change maintainer to MOTU
Both the Debug extension and the compat change have been incorporated into the Debian package, so the sync is safe.
