Gnome launcher GKSUDO doesn't recognize password

Bug Description

Ubuntu 7.04

1. Edit /etc/pam.d/common-account
2. Add "account required pam.time.so" in order to to limit time access of users
3. Reboot
4. Try any desktop launcher that requires password for administrative tasks (gksudo) , for example synaptic
5. The password isn't recognized.

gksudo works fine from terminal.
