The incorrect version had incorrect dependencies set, so they had to rebuild the package to fix it. But this is not a bug in Ubuntu, so I would need to reject it.

I don't really know what's the origin of the bug, I think it depends from Gnome.
And it seems I have the correct package. I know only that loads of people talk about this silly bug. Some of them resolved it by deleting .gconf and .gconfd. I tried, but it was useless. In fact, I read that it was an error in some config file. Let me know about.

Try using the following sudo's scripts to uninstall the error updates in Terminal:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install -f

I had the same problem today and the above scripts resolved it.

The problem is an incorrect dependency in the Packages files on the automatix server... Deleting the /var/lib/apt/lists/www.getautomatix.com_apt_dists_feisty_main_binary-i386_Packages then doing a sudo apt-get update should fix the problem. Closing this bug.
