Bug Description

Binary package hint: file-roller

in 2.19 the ability to open network archives was added. the only problem is that to open them, file-roller copies them in the local host. These will cause two problems:
1) opening large files will take lots of time
2) opening large files might not work if the disk space is not enough

when opening them, only the part in which the list of files is present should be downloaded.
a similar thing should happen when extracting single files
