Bug Description
Tied both J and K to a Vdd (High) and the flip flop would not toggle. This bug only happens with glogic PPA version, the version packaged with ubuntu 13.04 does not have this issue. J and K though seem to work fine for the other conditions.

This bug occured in some components and it was fixed now.
