Bug Description
Binary package hint: synaptic
A error occured, please run Package Manager from the right-click menu or apt-get on a terminal to see what is wrong. The error message was: 'Error: Opening the cache (E:Opening /etc/apt/
I thought this related to Summary no. 111688. I read the help and ran the suggested command to correct the problem. A bunch of stuff ran by on the terminal screen but I'm still having the same problem.
I'm I missing something?
