Thank you for reporting.
Michel, flash plugin can be automatically installed by firefox. Just go to some website with flash content. You'll see a button "Install missing plugins" at the top right. Click on it, done ! If there is any problem still, report here itself again.

For the other questions, the best place to start for general help with Ubuntu or just to meet other Ubuntu users is #ubuntu or one of the many local language channels at irc.freenode.net
Please see http://www.ubuntu.com/support/community/chatirc for details.
Thank you.

Thank you for taking the time to report this issue and helping to make Ubuntu better. Examining the information you have given us, this does not appear to be a bug report so we are closing it and converting it to a question in the support tracker. We appreciate the difficulties you are facing, but it would make more sense to raise problems you are having in the support tracker at https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu if you are uncertain if they are bugs. For help on reporting bugs, see https://help.ubuntu.com/community/ReportingBugs .
