Slot select doesn't work on european layout (FR in here)

I use fr-oss disposition layout.

With this layout, I have repanded bug that makes 0-9 unuseable.

Why ? Cause in french (and most european) layout you need to make SHIFT + &, é, " etc... to get the numbers. So, either you use SHIFT, either CAPS LOCK, or either NUMPAD

Unfortunately, none of these work, so the "Slot select" and other commands aren't possible with a french/european keyboard...

I know this projet is dead (d'oh !), but please, check this, it muss be so minor line code to change !!
