Bug Description

I have my laptop configured (in gnome-control-center) so that "When plugged in" + "When the lid is closed", the system should "Do nothing".

After upgrade to saucy, this policy is not being applied correctly: instead, the laptop is suspending immediately when the lid closes. This is an important behavior regression.

I suspect this may be related to the consolekit->logind transition, but I don't know where to look for the problem.
