Test file missing for Download-Install-APK testcase

Bug Description

In the Android QA tests [1] the Download-Install-APK testcase links to an apk file [2] which is no longer present, probably due to the move of Linaro's servers recently. As this test case has been failing for over a year (see bug #919775) then I guess the absence of a this file is pretty irrelevent anyway...

Test case was updated to point to valid apk. Closing.
