Please sync atlas-cpp (universe) from Debian Unstable (main)

Changelog since last gutsy upload (0.5.98-3ubuntu1):

atlas-cpp (0.6.0-2) unstable; urgency=low

  * Upload to unstable.
  * Fix changelog to shut up lintian.

atlas-cpp (0.6.0-1) experimental; urgency=low

  * Upload to experimental.
  * New upstream release.
    - Changed sonames.
  * Fixed way to create debug info package.

Ubuntu changes in last merge:
  * Resynchronise with Debian.
  * debian/control:
    + Adjusted libatlas-cpp-0.6-dev packagename to be compatible again with
      debian
  * Next upload should be a sync

Package build fine ans a sync seems justified.

This source package is not syncable from Debian unstable; the merged version will need proper Conflicts & Replaces entries for -dev.

Sorry, I meant for libatlas-cpp-0.6-0c2a, because both packages contain usr/lib/libAtlas*-0.6.la

I've unsubscribed ubuntu-universe-sponsors, as the sync sponsorship request was not approved by a sponsor (see previous comments). I'm Rejecting this as a sync request doe to the required changes in the package. If not already done separately, please retitle as a merge, attach the appropriate debdiff, adjust the status to "Confirmed", and resubscribe ubuntu-universe-sponsors for upload.
