Feisty's libapache2-mod-encoding binary have a broken ABI,plz rebuild.

Feisty's libapache2-mod-encoding binary have a broken ABI, may be build problem.

How to reproduce:

- Install mod-encoding
# aptitude install libapache2-mod-encoding
# a2enmod libapache2-mod-encoding

- Reload apache2, so met module's incompatible messeges.
# /etc/init.d/apache2 force-reload
 * Forcing reload of web server (apache2)...
apache2: Syntax error on line 116 of /etc/apache2/apache2.conf: Syntax error on line 1 of /etc/apache2/mods-enabled/encoding.load: API module structure `encoding_module' in file /usr/lib/apache2/modules/mod_encoding.so is garbled - perhaps this is not an Apache module DSO?
   ...fail!

Fix:

I rebuild a package (it is simply way, apt-get build-dep && apt-get source && cd && dpkg-buildpackage && dpkg -i), so it works fine.
And, rebuilded .so file is difference from original. Please test.
