Binary package hint: ubuntustudio-audio

libsynfig0 and linux-image-2.6.20-lowlatency reported by Synaptic Package Manager as corrupted when installing ubuntustudio Feisty i386

This needs more info. Please try to get ubuntustudio-audio through the terminal and paste the output.

OK, give me a mo and I will give it a go.
In the meantime, this is what Synaptic reported:

(Still says packages' tar files are corrupted)
