Bug Description
If you report a bug that has already been reported and it gets marked as a dupe and closed, then the bug it's a dupe of gets its counter incremented to be more popular. But if you go to report a bug and notice that it has already been reported, there's no way to intelligently increment that counter. (You could refile the bug report but that'd just be annoying.)
For example, on Bugzilla you can "vote for" a bug you think ought to be fixed.
It would be great if Launchpad had some similar way for users to indicate which already-existing bugs they found important.
