[ gutsy ] applications use wrong screen resolution

Bug Description

i have dualhead system with xinerama=off , so there is two desktops for one user and two different display resolutions, the primary ( notebook 1024x768 ) is OK but the seond one ( external ) with 1280x1024 not ok. Wallpaper use 1280x1024 bat all aplikations will use only 1024x768.

i tried to use wmake to check if it gnome specifik issue but get the same problem. I can be xorg but i dont cnow how to check it.

hmm... i can't reproduce this bug anymore. looks like some of updates last wike fixed it.
