You could try installing the mozilla-plugin-gnash package which will give you some flash support.
If you are a coder you could help adobe port flash to ppc by helping make the ActionScript Virtual Machine which they opensourced to the Mozilla Foundation work on ppc.

gnash is available gutsy ... and flashplugin-nonfree will almost certainly never be available for powerpc. Thus, this bug is fixed by gnash.
