Bug Description

Hi,

I have installed several openmotif based applications and all of their fonts look really strange. There is a wide spacing between every character.

I can confirm this. Russian fonts looks like "T h i s i s C y r i l l i c t e x t". But when I run in C locale (LANG=C git gui) all looks fine.
I check this on Crossover Office Setup and git gui.

Hi Marcus. This is an old bug report, but I think its worth investigating. Its not clear what openmotif applications one should try and install to confirm this bug report. Can you provide a clear, repeatable test case that somebody can use to reproduce the issue?
