[regression] greeter does not appear on some occasions

Bug Description

Even though the greeter is part of the unity8 shell and is in the same process as unity8 but it seems sometimes the greeter crashes(?). On turning the screen off and then on. the greeter does not appear, i.e. the screen does not lock at all.

Please add the following information:

* build number ( cat /system/ubuntu_stamp | grep JENKINS_BUILD )
* /home/phablet/.ubuntu-session/logs/unity8.log
* information whether you have the pinlock enabled
* if possible, a description how we could reproduce the issue

1. JENKINS_BUILD=saucy-25 (I apt-get dist-upgrade daily though)
3. pinlock is disabled for me

I will attach unity8.log when the issue happens next time and if I find a way to reproduce the issue will mention that here for sure.

I have flashed the very latest build and the issue still happens, I have attached the unity8.log file as now I am facing the issue.

Yeah, I think we can safely mark this as invalid for because I have not seen this issue for a while now.
