Music plays too fast on device

Bug Description

Any MP3 I play on a mako device flashed with 20130718, audio plays a bit above normal. Here's a video which shows it.

This is probably a Qt or gstreamer bug--the playback rate is normal for me on the desktop. Could you try to play the file from the terminal on your device? Something like the following might work:

gst-launch filesrc location=~/Music/RickRoll.mp3 ! mad ! pulsesink

Alan, if you have a second tomorrow, could you try to see if this bug still exists? The device images from tomorrow onward will no longer use AudioFlinger and will instead use PulseAudio to ALSA like the desktop. [1]

Maybe the bug is OBE?

I think the audio file I had may have been dodgy. I can't reproduce this with any other file.
