debian directory files should no be +x

Bug Description

The files in the debian are +x which is not correct

This is due to a debian dir in upstream tarball. All thing i've try to do to remove the +x fail.
I've mail upstream to ask them to remove this debian dir. Can't do more?

you have contacted upstream, if they do the change the bug can be closed on the next version then
