Fold arrow in commit dialog serves no purpose

Bug Description
In the commit dialog there is an arrow that can be used to show/hide the files to be committed. This serves no purpose as it does not make the text area for the commit message any larger when folded away. Either it should do that or the arrow should be removed from the dialog...
