Bug Description
Please backport mosh 1.2.4a-1 (universe) from raring to precise, quantal.
Reason for the backport:

Newer versions of mosh bring many nice new features without
breaking protocol compatibility or buildability. Precise
already had a backport from Quantal, this would just refresh
things so P and Q had a backport from R instead.
