Please sync python-xlib (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The two Ubuntu changes are to set encoding for Xlib/protocol/display.py, which has been done upstream, with the second being some confusion between python-support and python-central. The package builds and installs fine in a Gutsy chroot.

Bug 107251 can be fixed by a sync anyway, due to the Debian maintainer including a patch for it.
